You’re invited to join us for Paradigm Health’s 2nd Annual National Healthcare Decisions Day Event on April 16th!
As healthcare professionals, we spend our days advocating for patients and helping others make important healthcare decisions. This event is an opportunity to take time for yourself and ensure your own plans are in place.
During this event, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Complete or review important documents such as Power of Attorney (POA) and Healthcare Representative forms
• Ask questions and receive guidance on advance care planning
• Make your paperwork official with onsite notaries available
This event is open not only to healthcare professionals but also to your family members or loved ones who may need help getting their plans organized.
We encourage you to bring anyone who may benefit and take advantage of this chance to put your own plans in place—because while we’re always advocating for others, it’s important to make time to care for ourselves as well.
